  13. draw circles.  You can change the size of a circle
  14. while pressing the right mouse button.  Click the
  15. left button when satisfied with the size and
  16. location of a circle.  Click the left button again
  17. if you want to draw another circle.  Click the
  18. right button to return to the control panel.
